  • We ship primarily with DHL. You can also have the shipments delivered to a packing station.
  • Depending on the destination, the size of the package and other factors, other shipping service providers such as DPD and UPS can also be used.
  • You can conveniently pay by PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer.
  • If your desired payment method is not listed, please contact us.
  • Please note that depending on the selected payment method, different shipping times may occur, since shipping is usually only done after receipt of payment.
  • IMPORTANT for bank transfers: Please always state your invoice number/order number and your zip code in the transfer.
  • Shipping times vary according to the order destination.
    Within Germany, delivery time is usually 2 working days. In other European countries, it can up to 5 working days. As soon as we have handed over the shipment to the shipping service provider, you will receive the associated tracking number.
  • After receipt of payment, we need about 1 day to prepare your order and hand it over to the shipping service provider.
  • Free shipping within Germany for purchases over €80. Below this amount, we will charge a shipping fee of €5 including VAT.
  • Free shipping within rest of Europe for purchases over €120. Below this amount, we will charge a shipping fee of €15 including VAT.
  • For orders placed outside of Europe, we will charge a shipping fee of €25 including VAT.
  • For a faster delivery service, we offer DHL Express shipping. In this case, please contact us before placing your order.
  • If you want to cancel or return your order, please write to us as early as possible so that we can email you the next steps.
  • DON’T LIKE: If the below mentioned Return conditions have been met and the goods do not fit or you no longer like them, then you are welcome to return them. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.
  • DEFECTS/WRONG DELIVERY: If we have made a mistake, the product has a defect, or similar, then of course the statutory rights to return/replacement apply. Please contact us and we will find a solution together.
  • RETURN POLICY: The item you wish to return must not have been worn or damaged. The goods must have been purchased from the online shop nextstepfashion.de. The purchase must not date back more than 14 days.
